Ever since i set eyes on this house I have been in love. From the kitchen, to the conservatory to the massive Yoga/meditation room. The Practical Magic film and home is my dream.... can you believe they knocked this place down after filming?

I just watched this over the weekend - again! Such a great, atmospheric house! I'm Barbara, and new to your blog...love it!
I love the Practical Magic house! I always watch it at the beginning of autumn to set a mood. Have you seen "Take this Waltz" I love watching this one for the bohemian house interiors (with stain glass room dividers!) and the interior color palette.
