The Integration, a Sound Bath in the Mojave Desert |

Crystal bowls inside The Integration, California |
Last night I attended my third Gong Bath led by Celia Beeson a Bristol based sound healer from
Soundscapes. I was inspired to go by my long distance soul sister
Lonely Moonchild and I am so glad I found them/Celia, I have never experienced anything like it (whilst sober) and I don't think I will ever be the same ever again!
So what happens at a gong/ sound bath you may ask? Well you take along a yoga mat to lie on and a blanket to snuggle in and lie down in a room as you would for Shavasana at the end of Yoga. The experience is started with a voice led meditation and then the sound healer gradually introduces a variety of different instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Shruti Boxes and building up to larger Gongs.... the rest I cant really explain..... last night I had crazy third eye visuals and the most amazing shudders all over my body, and I felt like I was going to Implode... it was awesome... who needs the pub on a Friday night!!
So, being a bit shy I didn't take any photos at the event, so this morning decided to research Sound baths across the globe and I found
The Integration..... which is...
“The Integratron is an acoustically perfect tabernacle and energy
machine sited on a powerful geomagnetic vortex in the magical Mojave
Desert.”
Renegade aeronautical engineer George Van Tassel, began work began on The Integration in the 50's with the idea of using it to contact other worlds. The structure, situated in Landers California, is based on the design of Moses’ Tabernacle, the writings of Nikola Tesla and telepathic directions from extraterrestrials.... Pretty far out!!
After Van Tassel passed away in the late 70's The Integration was adopted by three sisters who have re-purposed the building and it is now used for either private or group meditation sessions and sound baths and playing music ...has it reached other worlds.... I am sure many who have been would say so :)
The Integration has officially made it onto my top 10 places to visit!!! What do you think?

I'm abother sound bath junkie, there are regular sessions here in Glastonbury. Hard to explain the way the sound seems to move around you. Sublime!
