Handmade houses



I was asked when I previously posted the bottom image for more. So here we go. They are from the book Handmade Houses: A Guide to the Woodbutcher's Art  
I do have to warn you though, the book is very inspiring...... :)

    Interesting book with nice picture.
    Thanks for stoping by on my blog. The google translation gadget I have gives a funny but quite ok translation ;). We are from Sweden but right now enjoing the summer ;) in Thailand together with our three children that love studying in their new english school.

    Please could you post a scan of the small cabin in the woods with white-washed walls and ONE single post in the middle of the room supporting the ridge beam, and a hanging wood stove?

    I always remember this picture which is in a book belonging to my mother!
