Ooooh! I am in the planning stages of decorating my yet to be built studio and would LOVE one of these in the khaki colorway. Not certain exactly yet what I will use it for - probably yarn storage or to put a plant in it. These are great! I have been cruising the site and there are so many pretty things!

They're all absolutely divine, although I think my preference is the white one with coloured diamonds. I live in Australia and this kind of thing is hard to come by to say the least. I'd probably use it to store my sewing materials, what a gorgeous way to keep them out of the way!

I would love a pink and blue one, which would fit perfectly into the colour scheme of the wheelhouse on my houseboat. I would use it to tidy away all the bits and pieces that my hubby leaves around (screws, half empty chewing gum wrappers, chewed pencils etc!) x

I love them all! But that one on the lower left corner with blue, red, white and pale blue is just fabulous! I would probably use it as a planter.

Gorgeous! I'd love any, but if I had to choose it would be one of the fuschias, to give a great contract to the green of the plant I'd add.

I like the most pink one in the back, and I would have my kids star wars friends in it so they have a place to live that still looks nice in my living room.

What fabulous baskets with all of the color and form choices! Looks like they are beautifully crafted. I would be thrilled to receive any of these works of art, however I do love combinations of reds and greens. DO they actually need to hold anything? They are works of art by themselves! If I would use one as a container I would put something very special in it such as notes of gratitude, prayers, love notes and other wishes or special thoughts. Thanks for sharing these beauties with us.

The pink green and yellow one that is just peeking out of the bottom corner. I would leave secret messages to my daughter Mars in there.

A basket with a bit of hot pink, blue and white in the left lower corner! I'd put in my knitting,or maybe I'd plan to put a plant in it but sure enough it would be taken over by my cat within seconds after arriving at our place haha

I live in Oregon, which is dreary. Even today, June 18, is overcast and chilly (it's a blistering 57F out there right now). I'm in the the process of adding color to my living room because I decided that a lot of bright colors might actually make me feel better. I saw one basket that had hot pink, orange, yellow and aqua on it and that looked beautiful to my eyes. Not sure what I'd put in there; I'm more desperate for color than capacity right now!

Amy Hoffmann said...

Oh these are beautiful! The white background with colorful diamonds in the lower right corner is my favorite, but they are all gorgeous! I would use it to corral all the little toys my cat likes to scatter throughout the house :)

I would use one of these beautiful baskets to house my most precious medicine items… 50 yarrow stalks I harvested last summer for medicine and saved stalks for the I Ching, a piece of jade found on the beach of Whidbey island, another stone found on the same beach with an ibis on it (naturally occurring), a photo of my grandfather I never met but who I desperately would have liked to know, a piece of my daughter's hair, poems and prayers written throughout the years, Devils Club wand, and some more stones I have collected over the years. A container is always more than a container. I learned this from a class on basketmaking; what you put inside of it is represents what you wish to fill the container of your self with, what's important to you, what you want to see grow, change, and manifest. I love all of them, but the deep reds, and blue's are my favorite. I am not too computer savvy, so here is my contact info… I am putting anonymous even though asked not to because I am not a part of any of the others.

I love these! And I always love anything that has turquoise in it. I especially like the pot in the last photo with the pink, magenta, blue, black and maroon. I've been looking for a cute little pot to put color crayons in to have on my dining table to entertain my sons during supper time. They are 1 and 4 and full of energy so sometimes you have to get creative to get them to sit still! Wouldn't these be perfect for that job?!!!

Cassidy said...

Any of them! The more red one on the floor looks like the perfect fit for my lil cactus guy!
