The Yoga retreat home of... Paul Manza

I love Style like u. Mainly because the homes and people rarely share my aesthetic, but every now and then a house or mind set of a 'closet' study/subject totally resonates with me. This home and yoga retreat of Yoga teacher Paul Manza is one of those houses and this calm, thoughtful space and Paul's interview have come at a time when I needed them...

I have to be honest recently I have been feeling a little uninspired for Moon to Moon. I have sat for hours planning posts that do not materialize into anything.... bloggers block maybe? usually it will be one image that will talk to me and I will be off at a million miles an hour searching for images but this hasn't happened for weeks... a car that has had to be scrapped, a change from working on a slower paced children's ward back to hectic 12 hours shifts in A&E (ED) and trying for a baby have all consumed my mind and I think I have forgotten to breathe and relax. I haven't done yoga for months :(

Worn and loved with an abundance of natural healing energy,  inspiring contemplation and reflection, that is what a home should be.

Relax. Breathe

Lovely house, but I wish he'd lose that beard.

Having been an R.N. for almost 40 years, I know how the job can suck the life out of you. I hope you get some rest and relaxation soon. I love your blog and totally relate with your sense of style. When I was young my "hippie" friends and I had apartments that looked just like that one. I still love that organic, artistic look. I agree with the above person about the beard, haha. I think it is the thickest one I have ever seen, but I love his house!

I love your blog and I hope things slow down for you soon!

I follow this Pinterest board and she pins some lovely Boho images, maybe something will inspire you. (And if not, they are lovely to look at and hopefully will give you a peaceful feeling!) http://www.pinterest.com/annematthews2/bohemian/

Hi from France, It's the first time I let you a comment. I follow you for so long now, You are my favorite home decor blog. You speak my mind. I think I understand you about the blog stuff. It would be so sad if you let yours done, maybe give you a bit of time. Take a breath, get inspired by different sources, go for walks, and take care of you. Anyway, many thanks for everything you done. You are brilliant! :) xx

Well you always inspire me, so here's hoping you get the rest and calm and fulfillment you need to get your blogging mojo back.

In trying for a baby recommendations (we're not trying but), I'm reading this awesome book called "Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life" and am recommending it to women everywhere, with any hormonal fatigue, stress-related, fertility or moon-related. It's awesome and so comforting and inspiring!

Happy Trying ;) and thank you again for this awesome blog.

Hey Gabi,

Sometimes a break from technology is needed to renew your enthusiasm. I love your blog and checking out facebook and pinterest but it can all become very draining. So slow when you can and allow your self to rejuvenate otherwise you will be exhausted and will make conceiving harder due to the stress.

The best of luck & Blessings
