Le Cruset

I am currently obsessed with cooking. As the season's food has turned from Salads to Stews I am craving  good pots and pans. I am determined to buy myself a Le Creuset pot or pan a month in the volcanic orange. I have decided to look at them as an investment. Although pastry chef Anna Olsens kitchen looks great with multicolour versions. Hmmmm, what would you do?

Butlers sink's

First 3 images from Living etc

I love butlers sinks, my parents have always favoured them over the modern type. The funny thing about them is that they are a very common find in British Victorian/Edwardian gardens being used as planters, which i find really funny as they, in my opinion, are so much nicer than the ones they were usually replaced with. However, as you can see from below they can also look great in the garden with herbs and plants in.

Creating a Bohemian bathroom - Unusual sinks

How better to create a bohemian bathroom than to add an unusual bathroom sink. This shell sink and unusual vintage mirror adds a touch of instant boho glamour
An Indian theme bohemian bathroom created by adding a stunning Ceramic Sink and unusual mirror

To add a touch of bohemian glamour to a white bathroom try adding a number of simple touches such as an ornate vintage mirror or unusual sink.

Swimming Pool

Bottom image: Arch daily

Whether it's a romantic Moroccan getaway, a wood view pool, a relaxing space under the stairs or a perfect modern swimming pool complete with chairs for sunning  myself, right now with crisp Autumn mornings having arrived almost overnight, I am dreaming about waking up on a sunny day and starting the day with a swim.

As the English weather is notoriously cold I may just have to settle for an inside pool like the one below. I could see myself chilling out in there, with a glass of Whiskey in one hand, watching the fire.

Well I can dream!

Casa Consuelo

Isn't this home amazing? What a place to live. With Autumn appearing almost overnight here in the UK, the lazy hazy days of summer seem so far away.

This bohemian Spanish home Casa Consulo is on my list of properties to dream about over the rainy cold winter months. I didn't get a chance to go to India or Morocco this year as planned, so next year I am going to be planning a biggy!

Any of you guys get to go away anywhere nice?

New Toast Catalogue

Toast Hammam soap

Toast Teapot and egg cosy

Toast Brechfa Blanket

Toast striped Djellaba

At last the new Toast catalogue has arrived. I am in love with their wide collection of Bohemian clothing and house wears. Not only are their products so beautifully made but their photography is always stunning. They also use one of my all time favourite stylists Twig Hutchinson. A couple of years ago they went through a bit of a lull with frumpy bland clothing, but this season see's Toast back at the top of their game.

My favourite item this season is the Yellow crochet cushion as seen on the stool  above. Devine

Arvo Pärt - Spiegel Im Spiegel!

I am having 'one of those weeks' as it is nearly a year since my little sister had her  brain surgery. So instead of posting interiors I am leaving you with a video. This is one of the most beautiful, emotional pieces of music I have ever heard.
