The Barbican, London

The Barbican Conservatory, London
Barbican Conservatory
I went to the Barbican back in 2002 to the David LaChappelle exhibition and managed to get a glimpse of the magical Conservatory filled with exotic plants hanging off the chunky concrete balconies.

Like the Millennium Garden in Sheffield, the Barbican conservatory is free to visit for the public and is such a great space to just sit and read or eat your lunch. It would be so great if all cities had these spaces for people to go and chill.. wouldn't you agree?

my husband often works out of an office in the Barbican, but he's never mentioned this amazing place. I shall send him a link to this post!
