Hibernation Season....

Although I am always sad to leave the long warm days of summer behind by this time of year I am more than pleased to get my blankets down from on top of my wardrobe, snuggle up and take full advantage of the lazy days of the hibernation season .... for those of you not quite ready, here are some lovely textiles to make the transition a little easier...

I love this 2 in one house, a geodesic dome with a cob house inside, and that view...

The house belongs to the Hjertefølgers and their 4 children, who moved in, in 2013. The geodesic dome protects the cob house and the inner garden from the elements. The inner cob home will always be okay as long as it is kept dry.
