There is something so comforting and relaxing about a room with floor to ceiling books. I am currently reading my first new to me, book since Alex was born. I just havent had the chance or inclination before now. Reading has always been my best form of escape when things are getting a little hectic yet I seem to forget how important it is to my soul until I pick one up .....

Yes! I love being surrounded by books and how their pages smell, especially the oldies. I just had to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was my first chance to read since Storey was born too. I re-read Jitterbug Perfume for the millionth time and loved it more than ever.

Believe me, this house is like a gold mine in itself. A place with such number of books is a treat to live in. Creative ways to organize the books so that they improve the overall appearance of the place is an uphill task. However, I may find some flaws in some of the pics, must I say, the last one stole the show.
